BARISTA/SERVER

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista/Server to deliver an exceptional experience. You will welcome guests, present menus, take precise orders, prepare high-quality hot and cold beverages, and serve meals or snacks directly to tables while maintaining a pristine environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, seat them, share menu recommendations, and answer questions about food and drink options.
• Order Taking & Serving: Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them efficiently to the kitchen or bar, and serve items to tables with care.
• Beverage Preparation: Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewers to craft consistent, high-standard coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Cash & POS Handling: Process guest bills, handle cash or digital card payments accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Clear and sanitize tables, wipe down the coffee bar, restock condiments, and keep the dining and work areas organized.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels for beverages, food, and packaging, reporting shortages to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous work experience as a barista, waiter, or in a fast-paced customer-facing hospitality role.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with espresso equipment and basic food safety or sanitation guidelines.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift moderate weights
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
