Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including counters, tables, and equipment
• Assist in food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations when needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling of all food items
• Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills
• Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests, addressing questions or concerns promptly

Requirements

• Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times
• Experience serving customers in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong time management skills to prioritize duties during busy periods
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
