Pay: $15.00- $18.00

PHOnomenal & Bar is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and energetic Barista / Restaurant Support Team Memberto prepare specialty beverages while also supporting the front-of-house team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who can make drinks quickly and consistently while staying productive and helping wherever needed throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Vietnamese coffee, matcha, teas, milk teas, boba, and other specialty beverages
• Follow drink recipes and portion standards consistently
• Prepare boba, toppings, and beverage ingredients
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized beverage station
• Restock cups, lids, straws, ice, ingredients, and supplies
• Assist servers with running food and drinks
• Refill guest waters when needed
• Help clear, clean, and reset tables during busy periods
• Keep server and beverage stations clean and organized
• Assist with general restaurant cleaning and restocking
• Complete assigned opening and closing duties
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers
• Stay productive throughout the shift and assist wherever needed

• Previous barista, boba, café, or restaurant experience preferred, but not required — we will train the right person

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available.

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.
