Barista/Tea Server

Job Summary:

The Barista/Tea Server is responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and desserts while delivering warm, memorable customer experiences.

This role blends coffee and tea expertise with hands-on dessert preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, specialty teas, and handcrafted beverages
• Create and plate desserts according to recipes and presentation standards
• Educate customers on tea varieties, brewing methods, and flavor pairings
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization of workstations
• Manage ingredients, restocking, and basic prep tasks
• Provide friendly, efficient service and handle transactions accurately

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of high school education
• At least one year of continuous experience as a barista or tea specialist is required
• Knowledge of basic dessert preparation techniques is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification a plus
