Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and other specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety standards
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations
• Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and ingredients, placing orders when necessary to ensure smooth service
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and alcohol service
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Skills

• Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles with a focus on customer service excellence
• Previous barista experience is highly desirable for crafting quality coffee beverages
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and best practices in food preparation and handling
• Restaurant experience that demonstrates ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail during busy periods
• Passion for hospitality, with a positive attitude. and team-oriented mindset
