About The Role To provide professional beverage service, maintain the bar area, accurately process payments, and ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and service standards.
• Check the freshness, quality, and expiration dates of products stored in the refrigerated counter.
• Accurately process cash and bank card payments.
• Keep the bar area, equipment, and work surfaces clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout the shift.
• At the end of each shift:
• Return all products and supplies to their designated storage areas.
• Clean and switch off all equipment.
• Reconcile and hand over the daily cash proceeds to the responsible manager.
• Complete the required closing procedures and securely close the bar.
