Pay: 16.00 an hour through training

Treasure Hunt Farm Foundation is looking for a dependable, hardworking animal lover to join our sanctuary team! We provide lifelong care for over 100 rescued farm animals, and we’re seeking someone who takes pride in helping keep them happy, healthy, and comfortable.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Cleaning stalls, shelters, paddocks, and other animal living areas.
• Providing fresh food, water, hay, and bedding.
• Helping bring animals outside and back into their housing.
• Watching for changes in animals’ behavior, appetite, or comfort and reporting concerns to management.
• Keeping supplies, equipment, and shared work areas clean and organized.
• Working with the team to complete daily chores and additional farm projects.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, punctual, and available for the full Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
• Is comfortable with active, physical work, including lifting and carrying supplies and handling 1,000lb+ animals.
• Can work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Follows instructions carefully, communicates clearly, and works well both independently and with others.
• Treats every animal with patience, kindness, and respect.

Farm animal or equine experience is a plus. A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential!

This is hands-on sanctuary work—there’s plenty of cleaning and heavy lifting alongside the rewarding opportunity to get to know some very special animals.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
