We are seeking an energetic and passionate Barre Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team! Responsibilities

• Lead group barre classes that incorporate precise movements, body mechanics, and biomechanics principles to ensure safe and effective workouts
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide clear guidance to participants during routines and practice sessions
• Design varied class programs tailored to different skill levels, ensuring progressive challenges for clients
• Motivate participants through energetic coaching, positive reinforcement, and personalized feedback
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including manual handling techniques and first aid readiness in case of emergencies
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by delivering excellent fitness customer service and fostering community engagement
• Stay current with industry trends such as Pilates, yoga, CrossFit, cycling, and dance-based fitness to keep classes fresh and innovative

Qualifications

• Proven experience in group fitness instruction, with a strong background in body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy knowledge
• Certification in Barre
• Demonstrated ability to coach clients effectively while maintaining high energy levels throughout classes
• Knowledge of biomechanics, physical fitness training, and health club operations
• First aid (CPR/AED) certification required; ongoing commitment to safety standards is essential
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants
• Prior experience in the fitness industry or health club environment preferred; passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals
