Job Summary:

The Barre Instructor leads engaging, low-impact classes that combine elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability. This role provides clear instruction and modifications while creating a motivating and inclusive experience for members of all fitness levels.

What we look for in our instructors:

• Confident and energetic presence with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a group
• Highly Motivated
• Willingness to learn multiple formats
• Strong musicality with the ability to coach, cue, and maintain movement to the beat of the music
• Dependable and professional with a commitment to maintaining a consistent teaching schedule
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide appropriate modifications and progressions for a variety of fitness levels
• Strong knowledge of Barre technique, anatomy, proper alignment, and safe movement
• Previous Barre or group fitness teaching experience preferred
• Current Barre certification from a recognized training program or Primary Group Fitness Certification
• CPR/AED Certified
