Bar/Restaurant Staff

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Clubhouse Team member at a busy and friendly golf club. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys working both in a team-oriented environment and independently.

Reporting To: Clubhouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests
• Work behind the bar, including cellar management and stock handling
• Assist in the restaurant area, ensuring high standards of service
• Operate tills and handle cashing up procedures accurately
• Act as a key holder, including opening and locking the premises when required
• Support the setup and delivery of club events and functions
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming clubhouse environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience working in a bar environment, including cellar management
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a restaurant setting
• Previous experience in a golf club or similar environment is preferred
• Experience using tills and handling cashing up procedures
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to hold keys and secure the premises

Working Hours:

• Minimum of 20 hours per week
• Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Experience:
