Bar/Restaurant Supervisor

Overview

Experienced bar/ restaurant supervisor needed for 20/25 hours per week, occassionally more for holiday cover.

Experience is essential.

Must be friendly and welcoming to our customers. Must have cocktail experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring efficient workflow and outstanding service quality
• Manage bar operations including bartending duties, drink mixing, inventory control, and ensuring responsible alcohol service
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism and positive attitude to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
• Experience in bartending, including mixology skills and beverage management
• Excellent leadership abilities with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
