WE’RE HIRING – COCKTAIL BAR MANAGER

Are you an experienced, passionate and hands-on bar manager who knows how to run a busy cocktail bar? We’re looking for someone confident, professional and energetic to join our team.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our cocktail bar, lead the team and ensure every customer has an amazing experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous bar management experience is essential.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and experience in a busy bar environment.
• Excellent leadership and staff management skills.
• Confident managing stock, cashing up and controlling costs.
• High standards of customer service.
• Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure.
• A hands-on approach with a passion for the hospitality industry.

WORKING HOURS

• 4 nights per week.
• 7pm – 4am.
• Friday and Saturday nights are essential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and motivating the bar team.
• Overseeing daily bar operations.
• Maintaining excellent drink quality and presentation.
• Managing stock, ordering and wastage.
• Ensuring licensing, health and safety procedures are followed.
• Creating a fun, professional atmosphere for both customers and staff.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the bar, lead from the front and help us deliver fantastic nights every week.
