Key responsibilities

• Bar experience including cocktail making
• Meet and greet customers
• Have a chat to customers and make them feel at home
• Maintain strong customer focus
• Work in a composed, swift and efficient manner
• Hold their own section on the floor
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food and beverage
• Lead by example
