Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused, and skilled Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and contribute to a welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and other hot and cold drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage preparation equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, answering menu-related questions, and handling special requests.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, counters, and dining areas.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies, and report replenishment requirements.
• Follow food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support inventory checks, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or food and beverage training is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café, restaurant, or similar customer service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of espresso preparation, coffee brewing methods, and milk steaming techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
