About the role
Tagline is looking for an experienced Bartender / Mixologist to join our team. We're looking for someone passionate about creative cocktails, quality drinks and excellent guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails and other beverages with consistent taste, quality and presentation
- Maintain and improve our drinks menu, introduce new signature cocktails and create specials for events and seasonal promotions
- Monitor stock, assist with ordering, follow standard recipes and measures, and minimise wastage
- Keep the bar clean, organised and well-stocked, with ingredients and garnishes prepared before service
- Recommend drinks, interact professionally with guests and work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
About you
- Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist, with good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines and beer
- Creative, organised and confident working during busy service and events
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of hygiene and responsible alcohol service
