Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Manage transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling
• Provide excellent service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and equipment
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours and special events

Skills

• Strong service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse patrons
• Previous restaurant bartending experience, demonstrating familiarity with bar operations
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and transactions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage presentation standards
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude toward guest satisfaction

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
