Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and presentation
• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation
• Manage food safety protocols, handle food with care, and maintain cleanliness in all food preparation areas
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing special requests or dietary needs
• Process cash transactions accurately while managing bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending with strong cocktail mixing skills and beverage recipe development
• Food service experience with knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic math for transactions
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Experience working in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beer trends, and mixology techniques to enhance guest experiences
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele
• Hospitality industry experience including bar management or catering is a plus
