Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards at all times
• Manage cash transactions efficiently using POS systems while accurately handling bills and change
• Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upcoming events
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to safety policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and assist in setting up or closing down the bar as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving standards
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak times
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing tabs seamlessly
• Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: £12.71-£18.69 per hour
