Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bartender & Hookah Maker to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Create custom beverage recipes and experiment with new drink ideas to enhance menu offerings
• Set up, prepare, and maintain hookah devices, ensuring proper cleaning and safety protocols are followed
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on preferences
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS while processing payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including food handling and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
• Assist in bar management duties during busy hours, including inventory control, restocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth workflow

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail mixing skills and knowledge of spirits, wine, beer brewing, and beverage recipe development
• Experience in hookah or shisha preparation within a hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions confidently
• Background in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in food service or restaurant settings
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or banquet settings
• Previous roles involving bar management responsibilities or catering experience are advantageous
