Essential Requirements

Experienced bar tender with developed cocktail knowledge and mixologist skill-set

Experience developing cocktail menus and delivering bespoke recipes

An individual with a positive 'can do' energy who can work as part of a team

A confident individual who enjoys engaging with guests and colleagues

A relentless drive to deliver 110%

Advance communication skills

A sincere desire to deliver expectation exceeding customer service

Desirable

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Unique skill or talent with a love of exhibitionism

Experience working within hospitality at any level
