Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts, balancing serving responsibilities with multitasking seamlessly.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health regulations, and safety procedures related to alcohol service and food handling.
• Collaborate with team members to support catering events, banquets, or nightclub operations, ensuring smooth service flow from start to finish.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse guests.
• Demonstrated ability in food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
• Prior experience in retail math or hospitality roles involving cash handling and basic math calculations.
