Bartender and Server

Now Hiring: Bartenders & Servers (Daytime / Full-Time / Part-Time)
Gabbys – Square One Area, Mississauga

We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced bartenders and servers to join our team at Gabbys, located near Square One. If you have a passion for hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of serving or bartending experience in Canada
• Valid Smart Serve certification
• Weekend and late-night availability required
• Living nearby and open availability are strong assets

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area
• Handle payments and operate the POS system
• Verify identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
• Monitor guest behavior and promote a safe, enjoyable atmosphere
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in food service or bartending
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Familiarity with POS and cashiering procedures
• Understanding of food and beverage safety standards
