Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in various settings such as catering, nightclubs, and fine dining establishments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests while efficiently managing the bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the cash register effectively.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during banquets and events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Bartender in restaurant or nightclub settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.

Pay: $21.00 - $100.00 per hour
