Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, following food safety standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Restock bar inventory efficiently while tracking usage to prevent shortages; assist with catering or banquet events as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and retail math principles; perform cashiering duties when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; previous retail or food service experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and payment processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws; experience in beverage brewing or hospitality is advantageous.
