Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender & Takeout Specialist to join our vibrant hospitality team.

As our BT. you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and craft beer orders with efficiency and professionalism.

As our Takeout, you will manage takeout orders efficiently by accurately processing transactions using POS.

BT Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and craft beers, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly, energetic manner and addressing their needs promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocol
• Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly using POS systems; balance cash drawers at shift end
• Assist in food handling and serving when necessary, supporting overall restaurant operations during busy periods
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail mixing skills; fine dining or hospitality industry experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering or food service POS systems is a plus
• Demonstrated ability in beverage recipe development, mixology techniques, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage guests positively
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately
