We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and creative hospitality professionals who have a profound interest in food and wine, a strong desire to build culinary knowledge, and a drive to meet the highest standards in our profession.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare specialty cocktails per recipe
• Follow all open and close bar procedures and checklists
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in a qualified restaurant
• A passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and the guest experience
• Proven working experience serving wine and specialty cocktail
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Written and verbal comprehension of English language
• Team oriented
• Experience in Italian inspired cuisine and drink a plus
