Bartender/ Bar Assistant

Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team for the summer outdoor season, and longer if desired. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and providing top-notch hospitality to our patrons. As a Server, you will ensure the well-being of our customers, offering advice on menu choices, and delivering amazing an experience to all.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.
• Comply with all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of food handling practices within the food industry.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
