About the Role

Lamai Bayview Boutique Resort is looking for a friendly, service-minded, and responsible Bartender / Bar Staff to join our team in Lamai, Koh Samui.

You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing friendly and attentive service to guests, maintaining the bar area, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
• Take guest orders and provide friendly and attentive service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Ensure glasses, equipment, and bar supplies are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Monitor beverage and bar stock and inform the responsible person when replenishment is required.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing bar supplies.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible service procedures.
• Coordinate with Restaurant and other departments when required.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of beverages and drink preparation.
• Friendly, service-minded, and attentive to guests.
• Responsible, clean, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the hotel schedule.
• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment will be an advantage.
