Bartender / Bar Staff

About the role

Bartender position at 1920 Lounge & Dining, responsible for preparing and serving various types of beverages according to establishment standards, including cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and other drinks following recipes and standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve various types of beverages according to 1920 Lounge & Dining standards
• Make cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and other drinks according to recipe and SOP
• Prepare and maintain availability of garnish, ingredients, and bar supplies
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of every drink
• Serve and communicate with customers professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of bar area and equipment
• Conduct checks and record bar stock usage
• Coordinate with Bar Team and Service Team to ensure smooth operations
• Follow SOP related to hygiene, safety, and responsible service
• Assist with inventory and stock opname as needed

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK
• Minimum 1 year experience as Bartender in restaurant, lounge, bar, or hotel (preferred)
• Understanding of basic cocktail, mocktail, spirits, wine, and bar equipment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Neat appearance, professional demeanor, and good attitude
• Able to work quickly and carefully in busy situations
• Able to work individually and as part of a team
• Understanding of bar cleanliness and hygiene
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
