Bartender

Now Hiring Bartenders – Full & Part-Time The Heritage Club Spring is here… and so is a fresh start behind the bar.

At The Heritage Club, we’re not your typical late-night bar scene. We’re a private country club where bartending is about craft, conversation, and creating an experience for members who know your name—and appreciate what you do.

If you’re tired of 2 a.m. closes and ready for a better quality of life, this might be your spot.

What Makes This Different

• Consistent, professional environment (no chaos, no bar crawls).
• Very few late nights.
• Members over “customers” – build real relationships.
• Seasonal events, patio service, and a lively spring/summer atmosphere.
• New leadership and a team focused on raising the bar (in all the right ways).

What We’re Looking For

• Bartenders who take pride in their craft.
• Personality, presence, and the ability to engage with members.
• Team players who can move with energy and professionalism.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience (D.O.E.)

Step into spring with a role that feels a little more rewarding—and a lot more balanced.
