Bartender Job Mission

Your mission:

• Craft cocktails, margaritas, and mixers exactly to recipe specifications every time.
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean bar throughout service.
• Lift, stock, and move up to 50 lbs (cases, kegs, ice, prep items).
• Engage guests with warm, confident hospitality
• Manage orders, prep, batching, and restocking with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with servers, expo, hosts, and managers to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Bring consistency, focus, and professionalism to every shift.

What We're Looking For

• Bartending experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.
• Comfortable multitasking in a high-energy environment.
• Strong communication and guest interation skills.
• People who take pride in executing drinks to spec and maintaining quality.
• Nighttime and weekend availability is required.
• Team players who stay composed and collaborate under pressure.
