The Role We're looking for a skilled Bartender with a good understanding of mixed drinks and round-building to join our growing team. In this role, you'll craft quality drinks and uphold the high standards our bar is striving for. You'll play an important part in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable bar service for both guests and the team.

What You'll Do

• Quickly and precisely serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to the highest standards of flavour and quality consistency
• Demonstrate precise attention to detail in cocktail batching, making and garnishing
• Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth and professionalism
• Keep the bar neat, clean and fully stocked throughout service
• Collaborate with the bar team and Kevin Armstrong of Satan's Whiskers to bring creativity and consistency to the cocktail menu
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to uphold a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a cocktail bar or high-end restaurant environment
• Solid understanding of classic cocktails and spirits
• A genuine passion for drinks and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• A collaborative team spirit and a desire to improve
• The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
• Eligibility to work in the UK, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• £15.50 - £16.50 per hour depending on experience, including a discretionary share of the service charge (tronc)

• Hours & rota: full‑time, 4-5 day workweek including evenings and weekends; rotas shared in advance.
