Mitchell’s Bar & Grill is looking for energetic, reliable, and personable bartenders to join our team! If you’re passionate about great customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

● Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

● Deliver outstanding customer service while building relationships with guests

● Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

● Verify guest IDs and serve alcohol responsibly

● Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the POS system

● Follow all Pennsylvania liquor laws and restaurant policies

● Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a great guest experience

● Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties

● Help maintain a fun, safe, and professional atmosphere

Qualifications

● Previous bartending experience preferred (training may be available for the right candidate)

● Excellent communication and multitasking skills

● Positive attitude and strong work ethic

● Dependable with reliable transportation

● Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

● RAMP Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
