Bartender

Our bartenders also serve, so the ability to handle a busy six table section by properly executing all timing, service detail, table maintenance, and sales practices and standards is expected. You must have a good foundation of food, wine and spirit knowledge in order to represent our passionate selections and offerings for guests.
Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following our house recipes
• Interact with guests, create a rapport with regulars, provide recommendations, operate as a team player
• Handle payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service

Requirements/Responsibilities

• Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience in the food industry or food handling
• Sales skills for promoting specials and upselling
