Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options following established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest experience
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about drinks, and ensuring a positive atmosphere

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail techniques, wine varieties, craft beer, and brewing processes
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to develop beverage recipes and demonstrate creativity in drink presentation
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate measurement of ingredients
• Experience with banquet service or catering is advantageous but not required
