Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their overall experience
• Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, accurately processing cash and card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate shortages promptly to management
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender with a strong foundation in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Experience with cash handling, retail math, and basic math skills for accurate order processing
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
