Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will craft and serve a wide variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm for mixology, beverage knowledge, and hospitality industry experience will help foster a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and cash transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Develop new beverage recipes, experiment with mixology techniques, and stay current on industry trends to enhance our menu offerings.
• Handle cashing out guests accurately while processing payments using POS systems; manage tabs and settle bills promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings; cocktail experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and mixology techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks seamlessly.
• Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively without compromising quality or safety standards.
• Food handling certification and knowledge of food safety protocols are preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience including banquet or catering service is highly desirable.
