Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests warmly, offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods through effective time management and multitasking skills.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that excite our patrons.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service during events like banquets or catering functions.

Experience

• Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele confidently.
• Prior food service experience with an understanding of food handling, safety protocols, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience in bar management or supervising a team is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of brewing processes, craft beer trends, and beverage industry standards enhances your ability to serve our guests expertly.
