Job Overview

Making great drinks is important, but they're not what makes a great bar. Care for our guests, support for your coworkers, and showing up every day is what makes us great.

We're looking to add part-time bartenders to our team. This role typically runs 2-3 shifts per week, including weekend nights and some weekdays.

We want someone who, takes pride in their work and is willing to jump in and help do whatever is needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beers, wines, and mixers; restock supplies as needed while minimizing waste.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer brewing processes.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests.
• Experience with beverage recipe development and understanding of food safety standards in beverage preparation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment within the hospitality industry; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
