About the Role

Do you care about the glass, garnish and atmosphere just as much as the drink itself?

Join À la Koh Kood, an intimate 16-room resort surrounded by sea and nature. We are looking for a creative, personable Bartender who can make consistently delicious drinks and bring warmth, style and personality to our bar.

Our atmosphere is relaxed and thoughtful—not stiff, flashy or nightclub-like. You will have room to contribute ideas and create tropical drinks inspired by Koh Kood’s fruits, herbs and island character.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, coffee and other beverages consistently
• Create polished, photogenic presentation without unnecessary fuss
• Welcome guests warmly and recommend drinks based on their preferences
• Contribute ideas for signature drinks, seasonal specials and garnishes
• Prepare the bar before service and maintain a clean, inviting space
• Monitor stock, expiry dates, portions, breakage and wastage
• Complete daily stock counts, sales records and bar closing procedures
• Coordinate smoothly with the restaurant and reception teams
• Support restaurant service during quieter bar periods when required

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 1–2 years of bartending or relevant beverage-service experience
• A genuine interest in cocktails, flavour and presentation
• Good personal style and professional grooming
• Warm, confident and comfortable speaking with international guests
• Able to communicate in Thai and conversational English
• Creative and visually aware, but also organised and responsible
• Accurate with stock, cash, recipes and portion control
• Comfortable with island life, flexible shifts and hands-on teamwork
• Genuinely interested in living and working close to nature on Koh Kood
