Role Overview

As a Bartender at Il Presidente, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—mixing signature classics, maintaining bar standards, and creating a smooth, confident atmosphere that matches the venue’s Italian sprezzatura. You’ll help bring the bar programme to life, from first pour to final sip.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a high standard of cocktails, spirits, and drinks in line with the Il Presidente bar programme
• Build genuine guest rapport—recommend drinks thoughtfully and provide service with style and ease
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and station readiness at all times
• Support smooth service through teamwork with the restaurant team and floor staff
• Ensure consistent drink quality, portioning, presentation, and speed during peak periods
• Adhere to food safety and responsible service practices at all times

• Experience working in a bar environment (cocktail knowledge preferred)
• A passion for classic drinks, quality ingredients, and detail-driven service
