Bartender

About the role

You'll be responsible for preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks, managing a busy bar efficiently during peak periods, and providing knowledgeable and friendly service to guests. You'll maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation, follow host responsibility and liquor licensing requirements, monitor stock levels and help minimise waste, and support the wider Front of House team when required.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks
• Managing a busy bar efficiently during peak periods
• Providing knowledgeable and friendly service to guests
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
• Following host responsibility and liquor licensing requirements
• Monitoring stock levels and helping minimise waste
• Supporting the wider Front of House team when required

About you

• At least two years' experience working behind a busy bar
• Strong cocktail, beer, wine and spirits knowledge
• The ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining great service
• Confidence handling busy nights and competing priorities
• A friendly, professional and reliable approach
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• An LCQ or Manager's Certificate would be an advantage
