Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Use Toast POS system to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative drinks to enhance the menu offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure seamless service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service operations such as banquets or catering events to deliver a cohesive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or hospitality settings, with a strong foundation in mixology and beverage presentation.
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems for processing transactions smoothly.
• Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, and beverage recipe development.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.

Pay: $7.25 - $50.00 per hour
