Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Manage Toast POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently while minimizing waste, utilizing basic math skills for inventory management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service during catering, banquet, or food industry events.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food handling and safety protocols.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast; experience with cashiering and cash handling.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety regulations, basic math for retail math calculations, and food handling procedures.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal requirements; familiarity with brewing processes is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
