Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our small crew! We are a 20 year old craft brewery with a top quality bar program.

In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options. We use top quality ingredients, mostly fresh and made in house.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders efficiently while providing knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and food pairings.
• Operate Arryved POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. We go above and beyond with a clean and efficient bar.
• Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, monitor guest intoxication levels, and refuse service when necessary. SC Certification is required.

Experience

• Proven experience working as a bartender and interest in furthering our craft cocktail program.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and cocktail presentation.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. We have a heavily loyal & local base.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and sanitation practices within the food industry.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in beverage preparation.
• Hospitality industry experience that demonstrates adaptability, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

Our current open hours are Thursdays 3-8, Fridays 12-9, Saturdays 12-9 and Sundays 12-8 plus prep time. Our crew typically works all open hours.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
