Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for billing and change with accuracy.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety within the establishment.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to keep the bar fully stocked during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and food.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is required; family dining experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient order processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and accurate billing. Pay: From $17.13 per hour
