Bartender – High-Volume Sports Bar & Restaurant

G.O.A.T.’s Table is looking for experienced, energetic bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We offer a diverse drink menu featuring draft and bottled beer, cocktails, mixed drinks, shots, wine, and specialty beverages.

Our bartenders are expected to provide fast, accurate, and friendly service while keeping the bar organized and running efficiently during busy shifts. If you can handle a packed bar, make quality drinks quickly, and still provide great hospitality, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and specialty beverages accurately and efficiently
• Handle a high volume of drink orders while maintaining quality and consistency
• Provide friendly, attentive service to bar guests
• Prepare drink orders for servers quickly during peak periods
• Learn and confidently prepare our diverse drink menu
• Properly measure and pour alcohol according to house standards
• Monitor guests and follow responsible alcohol service procedures
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Restock beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties
• Work closely with servers, bartenders, hosts, and management to provide a great guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience strongly preferred
• High-volume restaurant, sports bar, or nightclub experience is a major plus
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and basic bar techniques
• Ability to make multiple drinks accurately and efficiently
• Comfortable working in a very busy, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to remain organized and composed during rushes
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must meet all Nebraska requirements for serving alcohol

Experience: Bartending experience preferred. Applicants with proven high-volume bartending experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
