Earn a base cash wage of $2.13/hour plus tips. Our current team averages between $20 and $40/hour depending on shifts and performance." Please note that some shifts may average above this range and some may fall below depending on shift to shift circumstances.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on customer feedback and current trends
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service or catering events to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Uphold all food handling and safety regulations while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, hospitality, or food service environments
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer styles
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality
• Ability to develop creative beverage recipes and stay current with industry trends
• Prior experience in food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing
• Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
