We Are Looking For

• Proven bartending experience in a premium cocktail bar, hatted restaurant, or high-volume venue

• Exceptional cocktail craft and spirits knowledge, with a genuine passion for the beverage industry

• A natural performer behind the bar. High energy, magnetic presence, and the ability to connect with anyone

What Success Looks Like

• Every cocktail leaving the bar is consistent, beautiful, and exactly right

• Guests at the bar feel personally looked after, remembered, engaged, and genuinely delighted

• The bar sets the energy of the room. Guests gravitate to it, linger at it, and talk about it

• The bar is always immaculate, fully stocked, and ready to perform before the first guest arrives

• RSA obligations are upheld without exception, and service is always responsible and professional
