Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, as well as the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering is highly desirable.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and handling regulations.
• Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist with ordering as necessary.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while following cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience with 3 years in bartending or related roles within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is a plus.
